摘  要:分别以乙醇-水、乙二醇-水、乙二胺-水作为介质,对Eu0.12Y1.78La0.10O3纳米荧光粉进行水热改性。用X射线粉末衍射、扫描电镜、透射电镜及荧光光谱研究荧光粉的相结构、形貌和光致发光性能。结果表明:用3种介质水热改性可明显改善Eu0.12Y1.78La0.10O3纳米荧光粉的分散性,得到球形纳米晶,颗粒尺寸在50 nm左右;水热改性后,Eu0.12Y1.78La0.10O3纳米荧光粉的光致发光性能均高于未改性样品的,以乙二醇-水为介质水热改性后,荧光粉的光致发光性能得到显著增强。Nanophosphor Eu0.12Y1.78La0.10O3 was prepared by the hydrothermal method in ethanol-water,glycol-water and ethyl-enediamine-water solvent,respectively.The X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy,and fluorescence spectroscopy were employed to analyze nanophosphor structure,particle morphology and photoluminescence property of Eu0.12Y1.78La0.10O3.Results show that dispersion of Eu0.12Y1.78La0.10O3 increases remarkably after the hydrothermal modification.All the nanophosphors are spherical,with granular diameters of about 50 nm.Photoluminescence property of hydrothermally modi-fied Eu0.12Y1.78La0.10O3 is better than that of the non-modified samples.Meanwhile,photoluminescence property of Eu0.12Y1.78La0.10O3 is increased remarkably after the hydrothermal modification by the glycol-water solvent.
