摘 要:以Na2WO4.2H2O和Zn(NO3)2.6H2O为原料,采用微波水热法在反应体系的pH=7.5合成ZnWO4纳米线。用X射线衍射、场发射扫描电镜、透射电镜、选区电子衍射、高分辨透射电镜及Fourier红外光谱表征ZnWO4纳米线的物相、形貌及结构,研究不同反应时间、反应温度对纳米线结构的影响,研究不同温度合成纳米线的光催化性能。结果表明:延长反应时间、升高反应温度均可使纳米线长大;在200℃、反应60 min合成的ZnWO4纳米线的光催化效果最佳;在紫外-可见光催化反应90 min内,对罗丹明B溶液的降解率达到97%。With Na2WO4.2H2O and Zn(NO3)2.6H2O powder as raw materials,ZnWO4 nanowires were synthesized by the micro-wave-hydrothermal method with pH=7.5.Phase,morphology and structure of the ZnWO4 nanowires were characterized by the X-ray diffraction,field emission scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy,selected area electron diffraction,high-resolution transmission electron microscopy,and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.Effects of different reaction time and temperatures were studied.The photocatalytic properties of the nanowires prepared at different reaction temperatures were also studied.Results show that size of the nanowires increases with the increase of reaction time and temperature.It is also found that ZnWO4 nanowires prepared at 200 ℃ for 60 min have the best photocatalytic properties;degradation rate of Rhodamine B solution is 97% after ultraviolet-visible light catalysis for 90 min.
