摘 要:目的探讨不同血压水平与红细胞分布宽度(RDW)之间的相关性。方法在广州市两个独立社区45~75岁人群中整群分层随机抽取1615人。将研究对象按血压水平分为3组:正常血压组、正常高值组和高血压组,同时调查心血管病危险因素;空腹抽血用于血常规及生化检查。使用Pearson相关性分析和多元线性逐步回归分析不同血压水平与RDW水平的关系。结果高血压组RDW明显高于正常血压组[RDW变异系数(13.41±1.11)比(13.19±1.12),P=0.01]。Pearson相关性分析表明RDW与收缩压相关(r=0.051,P=0.04),多元线性回归分析表明收缩压是RDW变异系数的影响因素之一(β=0.04,P=0.06)。结论 RDW水平在高血压组升高,并与收缩压水平相关。Objective To analyze the relationship between red blood cell distribution width (RDW) and blood pressure level. Methods A total of 1615 residents aged between 45 and 75 years old were selected using random cluster sampling in two independent communities of Guangzhou. They were divided to 3 groups (normotension, prehypertension, hypertension) based on blood pressure level. Fasting blood samples were collected for routine blood test and biochemical examination. Pearson's correlation coefficient and multiple linear stepwise regression were used to analyze the relationship between RDW and blood pressure level. Results RDW levels were significantly increased in hypertension group than that in normotension group (13.19±1.12 vs 13.41±1.11, P=0.01). RDW was positively related with systolic blood pressure in Pearson correlation analysis (r=0.051, P=0.04), and multiple linear regression analysis showed that high blood pressure was one of the risk factors of RDW-CV. Conclusion RDW level was increased in the hypertension group, and was positively related with systolic blood pressure.
