摘　　要：以武川试区为例,分析了半干旱偏旱区农业资源的基本条件和特点,评价了其农业资源开发利用的成效与经验,并据此提出半干旱偏旱区农业资源高效利用的基本目标、技术取向、选择及实施要点,为半干旱偏旱区农业生产及农村经济发展提供了指导性意见。The basic conditions and characteristics of agricultural resources in Wuchuan trial district as a representative of semiarid areas liable to drought were analysed.The achievements and experiences of exploiting the resources were evaluated and the key points of technique selection and application about how to utilize the resources more effectively were proposed,which may provide some guidence for the development of agriculture and rural economy in semiarid areas liable to drought.
