中西医结合配合食疗在外科类贫血中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的观察中西医结合配合食疗治疗慢性痔疮性失血所致贫血的效果,以求推广中西医结合配合食疗治疗贫血在外科中应用。方法选用2009年1月—2010年3月本院外科门诊就诊的因痔疮失血所致贫血患者60例,随机分为A、B两组。A组采用传统西药治疗;B组采用中西医结合治疗,同时配合桂圆蛋方食疗。疗程均为2周。比较治疗前后血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞计数(RBC)、红细胞压积(HCT)的变化。化验所用设备为深圳迈瑞DC-5380血液细胞分析仪,试剂与仪器配套。结果 B组较A组患者各项指标增加明显,差异有统计学意义。结论中西医结合配合食疗治疗慢性痔疮失血所致贫血疗效显著,疗效明显优于单纯应用传统西药。Objective Discussion effectiveness of integrated tcm-wm with dietotherapy in the chronic haemorrhoids patients with iron deficiency anemia.Methods Select 60 cases haemorrhoids patients with iron deficiency anemia,from Jan.2009 to Mar.2010 in our hospital outpatient clinic,randomly divided into group A and group B.Group A take tradition medicine;Group B take integrated tcm-wm medicine with dietotherapy.Venous blood was collected in both groups after 2 weeks,which was detected by the DC-5380 hematology analyzer,to observe the changes of Hb,RBC and HCT.Results Compared with group A,the three indicators of group B increased significantly,the difference was significant.Conclusion Compared with only using tradition medicine,integrated tcm-wm with dietotherapy was evident effect in the chronic haemorrhoids patients with iron deficiency anemia.
