摘　　要：目的筛选糖尿病患者生命质量测定量表(QLICD-DM)研制过程中的特异性模块条目。方法通过查阅文献及医学资料,访谈、小组集中讨论、统计分析结合临床实际的程序化决策方式研制糖尿病患者生命质量测定量表特异性模块。采用变异度法、相关系数法、因子分析法和重要性评分法进行统计分析,对量表被选条目进行初筛。结果研制出含有18个条目的糖尿病量表特异模块,包含疾病的症状、治疗的副作用、疾病和治疗对躯体、心理社会功能的影响。结论经过筛选形成由30个条目的共性模块及18个条目的特异模块组成的糖尿病患者生命质量测定量表测试版。Objective To select the items of specific module for diabetes mellitus in researching and developing quality of life instrument for chronic diseases（QLICD-DM）.Methods Items of QLICD-DM were selected by using programmed decision way of literature reviews,individual interviews,focus group discussions,and statistical methods including variation,correlation analysis,factor analysis and importance rating procedure,in combination with the real clinical data.Results A 18-item specific module of QLICD-DM was developed,including symptoms,side-effects of therapies,disease,as well as the impact of somatic sensation,psychological and social function.Conclusion The test version of QLICD-DM was developed which consist of a 30-item general module and an 18-item specific module.
