摘　　要：农村合作医疗制度在其特定时期对我国农村卫生工作发挥了巨大的作用,但随着改革开放和国家经济体制的转型,合作医疗逐渐失去了其赖以生存的经济基础和政治保障而逐渐瓦解。本研究通过对赤脚医生时期合作医疗工作开展情况的回顾与反思,深入挖掘当年合作医疗制度成功与解体的深层次原因。Rural cooperative medical system had played a great role in rural health work at the particular period of time.However,with the reform and opening-up and the transformation of national economic system,the cooperative medical system had gradually lost the economic foundation and political security it depends on,and finally disintegrated.In this paper,by review and reflection of the cooperative medical service work in the period of Bare-foot doctors,we dig deeply into the fundamental reasons about success and disintegration of the cooperative medical system.
