摘　　要：从2003年开始,国家开始逐步进行新型农村合作医疗的试点工作,但在实施过程中仍存在许多问题。本文在《赤脚医生时期北京市农村合作医疗的运行状况研究》及《赤脚医生时期合作医疗制度成功与失败的因素探析》两项研究的基础上,将传统的合作医疗与当前推行的新型农村合作医疗进行对比分析,以期对当前新型农村合作医疗的实施提供借鉴。The pilot program of new rural cooperative medical service has been gradually conducted in China since 2003.However in the process of implementing there still exist some problems.In this paper,based on the two studies of Operation Status of Rural Cooperative Medical Service in Beijing in the Period of Bare-Foot Doctors and Analysis of Factors for Success and Failure of Cooperative Medical System in the Period of Bare-Foot Doctors,we make a comparative analysis between the traditional cooperative medical service and the new rural cooperative medical service so as to provide a model for implementation of the new rural cooperative medical service.
