武汉地区航空公司职员2006-2010年健康状况分析

摘　　要：目的了解武汉地区航空公司职员健康状况的五年变化情况,为其不同阶段的健康管理提供科学依据。方法采取整群随机抽样的方法,对武汉市某航空公司职员进行连续五年的健康体检和问卷调查,并对疾病患病情况进行分析。结果 2006—2010年武汉地区空勤和地勤人员慢性咽炎、脂肪肝、超重/肥胖、肾结石的患病率均有逐年减少的趋势(P<0.05)。空勤人员沙眼、脂代谢异常、超重/肥胖、慢性鼻炎的患病率较地勤人员低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论武汉地区航空公司职员的健康状况不容乐观,应引起有关部门高度关注并采取积极措施提高空勤和地勤人员的健康状况水平。Objective To study the five-year changes in health status of airline staff in Wuhan and to provide the scientific basis of health management for the flight crew in different health stages.Methods Health examination and questionnaires was performed among the airline staff of the Wuhan city by cluster sampling method for five consecutive years,and the disease prevalence was analyzed.Results Trachoma,chronic pharyngitis,fatty liver,overweight/obesity,kidney stones prevalence rates had a decreasing trend among Wuhan aircrew and ground crew from 2006 to 2010（P0.05）.The incidence of trachoma,lipid metabolic disorders,overweight/obesity,chronic rhinitis among aircrew were significantly lower than those of the ground staff（P0.05）.Conclusion Health status of the airline staff in Wuhan is not optimistic.Relevant departments should attach great importance and take positive measures to improve the health status of the aircrew.
