摘  要:为降低柴油机的碳烟颗粒排放,配制了乙醇体积分数分别为10%、20%和30%的乙醇柴油混合燃料,利用与0#柴油临界互溶温度优化高碳醇助溶剂的添加比例。同时为改善发动机的燃烧,在混合燃料中添加了十六烷值添加剂。在2102QB型直喷式柴油机上进行试验。结果表明,由于乙醇的掺入使混合燃料十六烷值下降,着火延迟期增加。十六烷值添加剂可以提高混合燃料的十六烷值,恢复发动机的压燃着火特性,但十六烷值添加剂对混合燃料发动机的排放影响较小。柴油机燃用乙醇柴油混合燃料后,烟度大幅下降。ESC十三工况下颗粒比排放减少超过60%,氮氧化物排放相当,碳氢和CO的排放总量有所下降。研究表明,柴油机燃用比例不超过30%的乙醇柴油混合燃料时,在保持其动力经济性的基础上,可大幅降低碳烟颗粒排放。With the development of automobile industry, fuel, especially diesel fuel shortage and air pollution have become critical problems to be solved urgently. Ethanol is a kind of renewable fuel, which is successfully utilized in gasoline. Ethanol/diesel blends conraining 10% , 20% and 30% ethanol were prepared as alternative fuel substitution in order to reduce smoke and particulate emission from diesel engine. The solubilizer quantity was optimized based on 0 # diesel critical temperature. The decrease of cetane number (CN) of the blends was compensated by adding a sum of CN improver. A type of 2102QB DI diesel engine was applied to investigate the characteristics of engine combustion and emissions when it was fueled with ethanol/diesel blends. The experimental conditions were set according to ESC method. Engine combustion characteristics were presented mainly at the speed of 2 340 r/min in this paper. The test resultsprove that CN improver can improve engine combustion, but it has a little influence on emissions. The optimized solubilizer and CN improver are 6% and 0.6% for DE30. When the engine fueled with the blends, especially with higher ethanol fraction of DE30, the exhaust smoke can be reduced significantly. ESC 13 cycle test shows that more than 60% of particulate matter (PM) emission was reduced, HC and CO was found to increase and decrease to some extent respectively, while NOx emission was less affected. This study indicates that diesel engine smoke and PM emission can be reduced effectively when it is fueled with diesel ethanol blends.
