摘 要:为了揭示PSA纤维在工业炉窑高温、高湿、高腐蚀烟气环境下的失效特性,对PSA纤维在85℃、不同质量分数氢氧化钠腐蚀条件下的力学性能变化进行了试验研究,并采用扫描电镜、热重分析等材料分析方法,对其表面形态及热稳定性能变化进行分析。结果表明,PSA纤维的耐低碱性能较好,耐强碱性能较差,经强碱腐蚀之后,PSA纤维的表面结构遭到了破坏,热稳定性能下降;PSA纤维的耐低碱性能明显好于PI,略逊色于PMIA,耐强碱性能明显不如PPS和PMIA。这说明,PSA可以在工业炉窑高温、低碱性烟气环境下应用,力学稳定性明显好于PI,但必须要做好防腐蚀处理。The paper has done a research into the defective characteristics of PSA fiber on the condition of high temperature, high humidity and high corrosive gas. The experiments we have done in our research are designed for different concentrations of sodium hydroxide solution at 85 ℃ . In addition, we have also adopted modem material analysis methods for analyzing the microstructure and thermal stability, such as electronic scanning microscope (ESM) and thermogravimetric analysis (TG). The results of our experiments show that the alkalescent resistance of PSA fiber is positive. For example, the mechanical properties began to drop slowly in the condition when PH = 12 at 85 ℃. At the same time, both the retention rate of breaking strength and the elongation rate can be expected to be over 75 % ff the processing time is allowed to last for 300 hours. However, in case that the alkali resistance is bad and the retention rate of breaking strength and elongation rate can be expected to reach no more than 30% in the concentration of 10% sodium hydroxide solution after 12 hours treating at 85 ℃. The surface and the internal structure of the fiber in such a case would be damaged severely. Moreover, it was found that the thermal stability properties of the PSA fiber tended to decline after strong alkali corrosion. The peak value of DTG tends to rise with the pyrolysis temperature and residual mass reduced. Although the alkalescent resistance of PSA fiber tends to become obviously better than PI , it tends to get slightly worse than PMIA. It was also found that the retention rate of the breaking strength and elongation rate of PSA fiber in the concentration of 5 % sodium hydroxide solution would be similar to PMIA at the concentration of 10% sodium bydroxide solution. This seems to show that the high temperature of alkaleseent in the industrial furnace, the mechanical stability of PSA fiber proves to be better than PI.
