城市有机混合垃圾的蚯蚓堆制处理试验研究

摘　　要：为了探讨加速城市生活垃圾的堆制处理及其资源化利用的有效措施,以采自南京市水阁有机废弃物填埋场的垃圾为代表,加入秸秆或牛粪,调节m(C)/m(N)和水分含量,预堆制15 d后,接种赤子爱胜蚓(Eisenia foetida)进行室内堆制处理。结果表明:30%牛粪+70%新鲜有机混合垃圾处理(NH处理)和20%秸秆+80%新鲜有机混合垃圾堆制处理(JH处理)的赤子爱胜蚓总体生长良好。蚯蚓堆制处理显著降低了有机混合垃圾堆制残留物干重,其中NH处理减少得最多。蚯蚓的接种显著降低了新鲜有机混合垃圾(HL)、堆制腐熟有机混合垃圾(DL)和JH处理的有机碳和全氮质量,提高了NH处理的有机碳和全氮质量。研究表明:城市有机混合垃圾在加入牛粪的基础上接种蚯蚓,其堆制效果较好,是处理有机混合垃圾的有效措施。The article is to introduce our study results of treating a vermicomposting of mixed waste of municipal solid organic waste by means of Eisenia foetida. Firt of all, the wastes we sampled from Shuige organic wastes bury field of Nanjing, and then hand-sorted to remove glass, tiles, plastic, metal and other wastes of such sorts. Next, the sampled wastes were added with straw and cow dung as well as some other organic waste remnants. After pre-composting for 15 days, Eiseniafoetida was inoculated in a proper density into the mixture, and then placed with optimal moisture and proper temperature in the lab conditions. Daily growth and reproduction of Eisenia foetida were monitored in the process of vermicomposting. And then 60 days of vermicomposting later, it is advisable to test the dry weight and the chemical characteristics of vermicomposts. Results of our experiments show that the Eiseniafoetida grew well in the straw and cow dung treatments in the period of the 60 days of incubation. With the mineralization of the organic waste significantly accelerated and dry weight of remnant of the cow dung and Eisenia foetida reduced, the organic C content and the total N of the mixed organic waste would also significantly decreased, the reduced C/N ratio of fresh and cow dung mixed with the vermicomposts. The results of the treatments during the 60 days proved the best treatment indicate that the addition of 30% cow dung and inoculation of earthworms are highly effective and beneficial for the urban solid organic waste reduction, and recycled use. Therefore, vermicomposting of the urban organic wastes treated by earthworms helps not only to transform the wastes into high quality organic fertilizer, but also effectively reduce the environmental pollution so as to reach the goal of eliminating soil second pollution and protecting the soil environment, as well as enhancing virtuous recycle of waste material in agricultural production.
