摘  要:针对机务维修人员安全评价中大多数综合评价方法需要确定指标体系的权重,且计算过于复杂的问题,将突变评价法应用到机务维修人员安全评价中,通过对评价指标进行分解排序,将底层评价指标进行标准量化后,运用突变理论的归一化公式进行计算,得到机务维修人员的突变评价值。通过Matlab计算,对评价值进行转换,使评价结果更具有实用价值。The paper is aimed at finding a safety assessment model of aviation maintenance technicians based on the catastrophe assessment method. As is known, it seemed too complicated to determine the dominant affecting indexes for an aviation maintenance technician with the catastrophe evaluation method, yet we have also been told that it is unnecessary to determine the weight of each indicator in a separable manner. It means that it is necessary to reduce those factors which prove to be somewhat subjective by nature so far well verified from the assessment results. For example, once the basic principles and formulas of catastrophe are given, it becomes possible to analyze the indicators of index system of safety assessment for the such technicians based on the relationships among all the indicators. Standard quantification of the bottom indicators can be determined based on the formula of extreme differences, and in turn, it would be possible to affirm the values of fuzzy membership of the bottom indicators. And, consequently, it has become possible to obtain the ultimate catastrophe assessment values based on the normalization formulas and the values of fuzzy membership of the bottom indicators. To prove the validity of catastrophe evaluation methods in this nature, it is necessary to compare the calculated values of the method used with the values of linear weighting method. And, finally, in order to prove the defect of the much higher catastrophe assessment values, it is of great importance to improve the catastrophe assessment values based on the relevant technical literatures. Therefore, the conversion formulas are to be established on the basis of the relationship between the values of the bottom indicators and the catastrophe assessment values, for which Matlab has to be adopted to convert the catastrophe assessment values into the improved values. It has also already been proved that such conversion formulas help to eliminate the defects of higher catastrophe assessment values in a more practical way. Thus, this
