摘　　要：目的评价SD CHECK GOLD血糖试纸用于指尖毛细血管全血中葡萄糖水平检测的准确性、安全性以及与静脉血浆血糖水平检测结果的相关性。方法运用生化分析仪测定静脉血血浆中葡萄糖水平,并与该血糖试纸测定同一受试者指尖毛细血管全血中葡萄糖水平的测定结果进行对比研究。结果 SD CHECK GOLD血糖试纸条与全自动生化分析仪临床检测数据有高度的一致性,将指尖血血糖检测结果与日立全自动生化分析仪的检测结果比较,两者之间具有良好的相关性(r=0.96575),且结果符合预期判定等效标准。结论 SD CHECK GOLD血糖试纸及血糖仪测定指尖毛细血管全血血糖能够准确地反映静脉血浆血糖水平,临床应用安全、操作简便、快速,可用于糖尿病患者的血糖自我监测。Objective To evaluate the accuracy and safety of SD CHECK GOLD test strips detecting fingertip capillary blood glucose and its correlation with venous plasma glucose levels.Methods Venous plasma glucose level was detected with biochemical analyzer and the results compared with those detected with blood glucose test strips.Results SD CHECK GOLD blood glucose test strips had high data consistency with biochemical analyzer.There was good correlation between 2 groups（r=0.96575）,and the results were in line with the expected equivalent standard.Conclusion SD CHECK GOLD test strips and blood glucose meter,reflecting accurately the levels of venous plasma glucose,safe to use clinically,easy and rapid to operate,can be used for self-monitoring of blood glucose of diabetes patients.
