肥胖患者血清内脂素和白介素6的变化及相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的研究肥胖患者血清内脂素(visfatin)和IL-6水平变化,及其与血糖、血脂等指标的相关性。方法在普外科患者中选取肥胖者和非肥胖者各60例,测定所有被研究者血清visfatin、IL-6、空腹血糖、口服葡萄糖耐量试验2 h血糖(2 hPG)、空腹胰岛素、血脂及其他生化指标。结果肥胖组患者血清visfatin、IL-6水平均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血清visfatin水平与IL-6水平呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论肥胖者血清visfatin和IL-6水平升高,且二者呈正相关。Objective To investigate the changes in serum visfatin and IL-6 levels in obese patients and their correlations with other factors.Methods Serum visfatin and IL-6 levels together with a bunch of other clinical parameters were assayed in all the 120（60 obese and 60 non-obese controls） inpatients enrolled from the department of general surgery.Results Serum visfatin and IL-6 levels were found to be significantly higher in obese patients than in controls（P0.05）,serum visfatin levels were positively correlated to IL-6 levels.Conclusion Levels of serum visfatin and IL-6,which are positively correlated to each other,are both elevated in the obese population.
