腹舒粘敷贴对人工流产镇痛的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨腹舒粘敷贴用于人工流产术中镇痛的临床疗效。方法随机选择200例早孕妇女分成4组各50例,A组腹舒粘敷贴组,B组利多卡因组,C组丙泊酚组,D组米索前列醇组。比较各组人工流产术中宫颈口扩张程度、疼痛程度、出血量、人工流产综合征发生率。结果 4组在宫颈扩张程度、人工流产综合征的发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);4组镇痛效果比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);4组孕妇在人工流产时阴道出血量>30 ml的发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹舒粘敷贴和其他几种方法比较,应用于人工流产更方便实用,能有效扩张宫颈口,减轻患者痛苦,减少手术难度。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Fushu Adhesive widely used for analgesia in induced abortion.Methods Two hundred early pregnancy women were divided randomly into groups A（receiving Fushu adhesive）,B（receiving lidocaine）,C（receiving propofol）,D（receiving misoprostol）.Cervical dilation,pains,blood loss,incidence of abortion syndrome were observed and compared.Results No significant difference in cervical dilation or incidence of abortion syndrome between 4 groups（P0.05）,but there was in analgesia（P0.05）.There was significant difference in incidence of blood loss 30 ml during abortion between 4 groups（P0.05）.Conclusion Compared with other methods,Fushu adhesive,convenient and practical,can expand effectively cervix,reduce patients′ pain and the difficulty of operation.
