麦肯基疗法配合针灸推拿对神经根型颈椎病患者颈椎功能和强度-时间曲线的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨麦肯基(Mckenzie)疗法与针灸推拿疗法相结合治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法将134例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组采用Mckenzie疗法并结合针灸推拿治疗,对照组单用针灸推拿治疗。治疗前后对患者进行临床疗效、颈椎功能和强度-时间曲线的康复评定。比较两组临床疗效及颈椎功能改善指数、最短反应时、时值有无差异。结果经2个疗程治疗,两组的临床疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组治疗后颈椎功能评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组改善指数比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后两组最短反应时比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组时值比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论采用Mckenzie疗法与针灸推拿相结合治疗神经根型颈椎病,在颈椎功能和神经电生理改善方面,有较好的临床治疗效果。Objective To explore the effects of Mckenzie method combined with acupuncture and manipulation on cervical function and Strength-duration curves in patients with cervical spondylosis radiculopathy.Methods A total of 134 patients with cervical spondylosis radiculopathy were randomized into two groups.The treatment group received a treatment of Mckenzie method combined with acupuncture and manipulation while the control group received a treatment of acupuncture and massage alone.Curative effects,cervical function,and Strength-duration curves before and after treatment were compared,including improvement index,the shortest reaction time,and duration,to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two different approaches of treatment.Results After 2 treatment courses,clinical curative effects between the two groups showed no significant difference（P0.05）.Cervical function score and improvement index were significantly different between the two treatment groups（P0.01）;The shortest reaction time between the two groups showed no significant differernce（P0.05）,whereas durations of two groups were significantly differernt（P0.01）.Conclusion Mckenzie method combined with acupuncture and manipulation exhibits a better curative effect in treatment of cervicalspondy-lotic radiculopathy compared with conventional treatment of acupuncture and manipulation alone.
