金天格胶囊配合牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察金天格胶囊配合牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法将221例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分成实验组112例和对照组109例,实验组采用金天格胶囊配合牵引治疗,对照组采用单纯牵引治疗。治疗60d后比较两者疗效。结果经治疗60d,实验组临床治愈58例,占51.78%,有效102例,总有效率91.07%;对照组的临床治愈33例,占30.27%,有效78例,总有效率71.56%;两组具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论金天格胶囊配合牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症比单纯牵引治疗疗效好。Objective To observe the efficacy of Jintiange capsules combined with lumbar spine traction for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods Two hundred and twenty-two patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into the treatment group （112 cases） and the control group （109 cases）. Patients in the treatment group were administered with Jintiange capsules combined with lumbar spine traction. Patinets in the control group were applied with simple traction. The treatment efficacy was compared after 60 days. Results In the treatment group, 58 cases were cured （51.78%）, and 102 cases were effective, after 60 days of the treatment. The total effective rate was 91.07%. In the control group, 33 cases were cured （30. 27% ） , and 78 cases were effective. The total effective rate was 71.56%. Significant difference was observed between the two groups （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclution The efficacy of Jintiange capsules combined with lumbar spine traction for treatment of lumbar disc herniation was good.
