摘 要:利用异位胚作为识别标准,对2094份国内外品种进行了双(多)胚或双(多)生苗的筛选鉴定,结果发现双A32、双A33、双A34、双A35和双A40等5个品系双(多)苗频率较高,达10.86%~20.14%。将这5个品系分别与显性遗传标记紫色稻进行正反交测验表明,正交F1其绿苗应是由不定胚形成的,其植株在形态特征、结实率、千粒重等与母本相似,反交F1则均为紫苗;对18个双苗品系在不授粉的情况下通过化学药物诱导孤雌生殖,诱导率较高的仍是双(多)胚苗自然频率较高的品系。The occurrence frequency of poly embryonic seedlings in 2094 rice varieties collected from different regions in Guizhou was investigated. The results showed that some strains such as Shuang A32, Shuang A33, Shuang A34, Shuang A35 and Shuang A40 were higher than that of others, reaching 10.86% to 20.14% . By reciprocal crossing with purple rice variety as dominant genetic marks, F 1 expressed more purople seedlings but less green ones. Under no pollination conditions,18 strains containing poly embryonic seedlings were also treated by medicine to induce parthenogenetic reproduction in the study.
