摘 要:为提高测试性分析方法的可操作性和通用性,推动测试性辅助分析系统的快速开发,从测试性分析工作的中间层出发,给出了一种以依赖矩阵为核心测试性分析方法,其中分别论述了基于测试性模型、可靠性分析结论和仿真测试技术的依赖矩阵获取技术,给出了测试性指标标准化设计手段和通用的测试性分析流程,对基于依赖矩阵的各类诊断推理方法进行了综合评价,最后给出了一种面向组件的基于G语言的测试性辅助分析软件系统的开发方法,并结合测试性指标优化分配理论进行了系统验证,结论表明:基于依赖矩阵的测试性分析方法融合多种测试性模型、支持并行工程的实施、便于计算机存储和实时处理,能够满足自动化的高可信度的标准化测试性辅助分析要求。In order to standardize methods of model based testability analysis and promote the efficiency of implementation of computer aided testability analysis system, the paper systematically presents a general--purpose, well operable testability analysis method. The meth- od takes testability analysis work from the intermediate level and centers on dependency matrix. Dependency matrix can be inferred from test- ability models, reliability analysis conclusion and simulated test technology. A general--purpose testability analysis flow is given out, and different dependency matrix based diagnostic inference methods are synthetically assessed. At last, a component--oriented method of test- ability aided analysis software implementation is introduced and applied in optimized testability figure of merits allocation. The conclusion shows that dependency based testability analysis method synthesizes different testability models, supports concurrent engineering, is conven- ient to real--time process and store, can meet the need of automatic high reliable formal testability aided analysis.
