摘  要:对导弹天线罩外廓相切磨削的脉冲分布及三种进给动作对应脉冲的最优化频率匹配进行了研究;首先建立了天线罩相切磨削的数学分析模型,确立了加工分段;然后求取了进给过程中X向平移、Y向平移及rotz旋转所对应的脉冲数分布;最后对这三种进给动作对应脉冲的频率最优化匹配进行了设计,使得天线罩在保证加工精度的前提下加工时间最短,并对方案的加工误差进行了分析;程序运行结果表明了文中分析模型及脉冲匹配控制方案的正确性,文中所得研究成果对于非圆曲面特殊工件的加工具备参考价值和积极意义。This paper investigates the pulse distribution of the three feed motions for the missile--borne radome external contour grinding and meanwhile designs the optimal pulse frequency match method. Firstly, the mathematical analysis model is set up, and the grinding sec- tion setting is also obtained. Then the pulse distribution of the X--direction motion, the Y--direction motion and the rotz motion is calculat- ed. Finally, with the premise of ensuring the grinding precision, the optimal pulse frequency match method of these three motions is designed to minimize the grinding time. Besides, the grinding error of this method is also analyzed. The result obtained from the program verifies the correctness of the analysis model and the pulse frequency match scheme. The achievements obtained in this paper have reference value and active meaning for the manufacturing of the special workpieces.
