摘　　要：ATCA(Advanced Telecom Computing Architecture,即先进电信运算架构)集众多先进总线于一身,速度快,性能稳定,是高性能计算和高速数据交换的理想架构;基于ATCA架构的测试测量总线—AXIe(AdvancedTCA eXtensions for Instrumentation andTest)不仅继承了ATCA的先进性,而且针测试领域的需求对ATCA作了必要的扩充;文中介绍了AXIe的通用测试规范1.0及其半导体测试规范3.1,介绍了它们的机械及电气特性;对比了AXIe与ATCA、LXI及PXIe总线的关系。ATCA （Advanced Telecom Computing Architecture）, which inherent a lot of advanced bus features, such as high speed and stable performance, come to an ideal architecture for high performance computing and mass data exchange. AXle （AdvancedTCA eXtensions for Instrumentation and Test） is a test and measurement bus based on ATCA not inherits high performance of ATCA but makes necessary extensions for ATCA in test area. The general test specification of AXIe 1.0 and the Semiconductor Test Extension of AXIe 3.1 are introduced. The main mechanical and electrical characters of AXIel. 0 and AXIe3.1 are showed. The relationship of AXIe, ATCA, LXI and PXIe are compared in the end.
