平行双接骨板内固定治疗肱骨髁间骨折

摘　　要：目的探讨平行双接骨板内固定治疗肱骨髁间骨折的疗效.方法 2008年2月至2010年10月,采用平行双接骨板内固定治疗肱骨髁间骨折24例,其中男15例,女9例,年龄18～62岁,平均38.6岁.骨折按AO分型:C1型13例,C2型8例,C3型3例,手术采用尺骨鹰嘴截骨入路.按Mayo肘关节功能评分(MEPS)标准评估疗效.结果本组患者均获得随访,随访时间11～24个月(平均15个月),均获得骨性愈合.肘关节平均伸15°(0°～30°),屈126°(95°～130°),旋前60°(50°～90°),旋后60°(50°～90°).Mayo肘关节评分平均88分(51～95分),其中优13例,良8例,可2例,差1例.优良率87.5%.结论采用平行双接骨板内固定治疗肱骨髁间骨折是一种有效的方法.Objective To investigate the effect of internal fixation with parallel-blade plates on fractures in condyle of humerus.Methods Internal fixation with parallel-blade plates was used to treat 24 patients with fractures in condyle of humerus from February 2008 to August 2010.The patients included 15 males and 9 females,with average age of 36.8 years old（range from 18 to 64）.According to AO classification,13 cases belonged to C1 type,8 cases to C2 type and 3 cases to C3 type.The operations were conducted through olecranon osteotomy.The function of elbow was assessed according to Mayo elbow performance score（MEPS）.Results 24 patients were followed up postoperatively for 11~24 months（average 15 months）and all patients＇ fractures were healed.The elbow joints＇ average stretch was15°（0~30°）,flection was 126°（95°~130°）,the pronation was 60°（50°～90°）and the supination was 60°（50°～90°）.The mean MEPS was 88（51～95）points at final follow-up,among which 13 cases were excellent,8 were good,2 were fair and 1 was poor.The overall excellent to good rate was 87.5%.Conclusion Application of internal fixation with parallel-blade plates is an effective operation to treat fractures in condyle of humerus.
