摘  要:目的探讨纳米碳淋巴示踪在甲状腺癌根治术中的应用,对甲状旁腺保护的作用.方法 10例甲状腺癌患者术中先向癌灶周围注射纳米碳,再行根治术,术后病理检查黑染组织中有无甲状旁腺.结果纳米碳使第Ⅵ区淋巴结黑染,而甲状旁腺不黑染.且在黑染组织中均未发现甲状旁腺.结论纳米碳淋巴示踪效果确切,而且甲状旁腺不黑染,使甲状旁腺易于识别和保护.Objective To explore the significance of preserving parthyroid gland of carbon nanoparticles labeled lymph node in surgery of thyroid carcinoma.Methods Carbon nanoparticles were injected into the surrounding tissue of the tumor in 10 patients during the operation,then radical operation was performed.Parathyroid gland was found in the the black stained tissue by pathological examination.Results Lymphnodes of Ⅵ group were stained black by carbon nanoparticles and parathyroid gland was not stained black.No parathyroid gland was found in the black-stained tissue.Conclusion The technique of carbon nanoparticles labeled lymph nodes is easy and effective,and parathyroid gland cannot be stained black.The parathyroid gland can be easily identified and preserved.
