摘 要:利用冰冻–解冻循环法制备聚乙烯醇(PVA)/聚丙烯酸(PAA)/细菌纤维素(BC)复合水凝胶.研究BC与单体丙烯酸(AA)用量对PVA/PAA/BC复合水凝胶的力学性能和溶胀特性的影响,初步探讨PVA/PAA/BC复合水凝胶的pH敏感性.实验结果表明:随着BC添加量的增多,PVA/PAA/BC复合水凝胶的含水率和拉伸强度与PVA/PAA水凝胶相比均有一定程度的提高,SEM表明复合水凝胶的网络交联点增多;加入AA会使复合水凝胶拉伸强度减小,但溶胀性能提高很多.综合考虑,BC添加量为4%,AA添加量为8%时,各项性能均较好.By means of refrigeration cycle methodt,he PVA/PAA/BC composite hydrogel was prepared.The effect of content of either BC or AA monomer on the mechanical and swelling properties of PVA/PAA/BC composite hydrogel were investigated.The pH sensitivity of PVA/PAA/BC composite hydrogel was also preliminary discussed.The results show that with increasing the content of BCt,he water retention abilitya,nd tensile strength of PVA/PAA/BC have enhanced in a certain degreec,omparing with that of the PVA/PAA hydrogel.The SEM analysis indicates that there were more network cross-linking spot in the structure of composite hydrogel.Otherwise,when adding AAt,he tensile strength of composite hydrogel decreasesb,ut the swelling properties is increased obviously.At the condition of the BC content was around 4%t,he AA content was around 8%t,he comprehensive properties of PVA/PAA/BC composite hydrogel were at balanced.
