摘 要:以中平能化集团公司平煤股份十二矿的煤层地质条件为原型,对已实施的水力压裂防突措施的原理、具体实施方案及有效性进行了分析。对煤矿深部煤巷掘进过程中防突课题的研究,将为平煤及全国高瓦斯、高应力、高突出危险性和低透气性的"三高一低"特困条件煤层的增透卸压提供一种新的煤与瓦斯突出防治技术,所形成较系统的观点和研究方法,将在深部矿井瓦斯灾害防治,低透气性煤层和煤层气资源高效开采等领域得到广泛应用,具有显著的经济效益和社会效益。Takes the coal geology conditions in Pingdingshan coal Co. , Ltd. No. 12 mine of Zhongping energy chemical company as prototypes, analyzes the principle, concrete implementation plan and effectiveness of the hydraulic fracturing that have been implemented. In tunnelling process of deep coal roadway of coal mine research pre- venting outburst issue, will provide a new control technology of preventing coal and gas outburst to permeability in- creasing and pressure relief for extremely difficult conditions coal seam such as" three high one low" namely high gas, high stress, high outburst dangerous and low permeability in Pingdingshan coal group and Chian. system forms a more systematic ideas and research methods, will obtain widely application in fields such as gas hazard prevention of deep mine, low permeability coal seam and CBM (Coalbed Methane)resources high -efficient exploitation and so on, has remarkable economic benefits and social benefits.
