摘  要:目的检测溃疡性结肠炎大鼠结肠组织中STAT6的表达。方法 SD大鼠24只随机分为对照组、模型组、美沙拉嗪组和乌梅丸组,模型大鼠成功建立后,对照组和模型组以生理盐水3 ml灌胃,美沙拉嗪组用50 mg/ml的美沙拉嗪混悬液50 mg/100 g灌胃,乌梅丸组给予0.515 g/ml的乌梅丸液3ml灌胃,各组均连续给药15 d后,取结肠组织,用RT-PCR法检测组织STAT6的表达。结果 STAT6的表达在对照组中较少,在模型组中表达显著上升(P<0.05),乌梅丸组和美沙拉嗪组治疗后STAT6在结肠组织中的表达较模型组显著降低(P<0.05),但乌梅丸组和美沙拉嗪组中STAT6表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论乌梅丸可以通过降低结肠组织中STAT6的表达而起到治疗溃疡性结肠炎的作用。Objective To detect the expression of STAT6 in colon tissues of ulcerative colitis rats.Methods Twenty-four SD rats were randomly divided into four groups:control group,model group,Mesalazine group and Wumeiwan group.After the model was successfully established,each rat in the control and model groups were gavaged with 3 ml normal saline everyday.The rats in Mesalazine group were gavaged with 50 mg/100 g Mesalazine suspension(containing 50 mg Mesalazine per ml).Each rat in Wumeiwan group was given 3 ml Wumeiwan liquid(containing 0.515 g Wumeiwan per ml).Four groups were treated continuously for 15 days.The expression of STAT6 in the colon tissue was detected using the method of RT-PCR.Results STAT6 expression increased obviously in the model group when compared with the control group(P0.05).After the treatment of Wumeiman and Mesalazine,the expression of STAT6 was decreased significantly(P0.05),and the difference between the Wumeiman and Mesalazine groups was of no statistical significance(P0.05).Conclusion Wumeiwan could play a role in the treatment of ulcerative colitis by reducing the expression of STAT6.
