摘　　要：中共中央开展的以实践＂三个代表＂重要思想为主要内容的保持共产党员先进性教育活动,是新时期中国共产党提高党的执政能力、落实科学发展观、加强党的建设的又一项新的伟大创新。在新的历史条件下,中国共产党只有坚持以＂三个代表＂重要思想为指导,不断地加强党的建设,坚持立党为公,执政为民,才能增强党的凝聚力,提高战斗力,永葆无产阶级先锋队的性质。The Central Committee of the CCP development take practices ＂The Three Represents＂.The important thoughts maintains the communist party member advanced sex education activity as the primary coverage,it is the new time Communist Party of China sharpens party＇s ruling ability to carry out the scientific development concept,to strengthen party＇s construction another new great innovation.Under the new historic condition,the Communist Party of China only then insisted that taking ＂＂The Three Represents＂＂ the important thoughts as the instruction,strengthens party＇s construction unceasingly,insisting on building a party to better serve the people,strengthening party＇s cohesive force,increasing the battle efficiency,preserves forever the vanguard of the Proletariat the nature.
