摘　　要：目的:探讨术前疼痛宣教对乳腺癌患者术后伤口疼痛的影响。方法:将80例乳腺癌手术患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例,比较两组患者术后伤口疼痛的程度、患肢功能锻炼配合能力及满意度。结果:观察组疼痛评分低于对照组(p<0.05)。结论:术前疼痛宣教可有效缓解围手术期患者的心理紧张情绪,减轻患者的疼痛,提高功能锻炼的依从性,促进患者生理和心理康复。Objective ：To explore if preoperative public education will have an impact on postoperative pain in patients with breast cancer. Methods：Divide the 80 cases of breast cancer surgery into two groups randomly, they are observation group and control group, 40 patients in each group are compared the degree of postoperative wound pain, the ability of limb functional exercise and satisfaction. Result：The scores of the observation group are lower than the control group （p 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Preoperative public education of pain in patients with breast cancer can relieve their psychological tension and pain, and improve functional exercise compliance, and promote patients＇ physical and psychological rehabilitation.
