摘  要:目的:掌握珠海市农村地区土源性线虫感染和流行现状,为制定防治规划提供科学依据。方法:采用改良加藤厚涂片法(kato-katz法)检查土源性线虫和其它肠道蠕虫卵,对小学或幼儿园12岁以下儿童采用透明胶纸法检查蛲虫虫卵,并进行土源性线虫防治知晓状况调查。结果:本次共抽样调查珠海市斗门区5个乡镇农村普通居民共1000人,钩虫和鞭虫感染率分别为5.8%和0.6%,其中60岁以上组钩虫的感染率最高,为9.8%,共调查12岁以下儿童蛲虫1046人,总感染率为21.7%,其中3~组蛲虫感染率最高,为23.0%。农村普通居民钩虫感染率最高的是井岸镇为11.6%,鞭虫感染率最高的是莲洲镇为1.5%,12岁以下儿童蛲虫感染率最高的为白蕉镇37.0%。Logistic回归发现赤脚下田劳动是感染土源性线虫病(钩虫)的危险因素,OR值为13.00(OR95%C.I.(2.67-63.27))。结论:珠海市农村地区土源性线虫和12岁以下儿童蛲虫感染率总体呈下降趋势,但地区差异大。赤脚下田劳动是感染土源性线虫病(钩虫)的危险因素。Objective:To study infection of soil-borne nematodes and the current status of epidemic,and to provide the scientific basis for soil-borne nematodes control and prevention.Methods:Kato-Katz thick smear method was used and worm eggs were detected.Cellophane tape swab techniques was also used to inspect the pinworm eggs if the children aged less than 12 year old in primary school or kindergarten.The prevention knowledge of worm was investigated to village people.Results:1000 individuals were surveyed in 5 towns.The infection rate of hook worm and whipworm was 5.8% and 0.6%.The infection rate peak of hook worm was 9.8% in the age above 60.1046 children were examined for pinworm,with an infection rate of 21.7%.The infection rate peak of pinworm in children aged less than 12 year old was 23.0%.Jingan town showed the highest prevalence of hookworm which was 11.6% in adult.Lianzhou town showed the highest prevalence of whipworm which was 1.5% in adult.The infection rate peak of pinworm in children aged less than 12 year old was 37.0% in Baijiao town.Logistic regression found that laboring barefoot was a risk factor of soil-borne nematode infection.Conclusion:It were downward trends of soil-borne nematode infection rates in adults and children aged less than 12 year old in rural area of Zhuhai,but there was a large regional difference.Laboring barefoot was a risk factor of soil-borne nematode infection
