狂犬病并发心血管系统表现的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨狂犬病心血管系统方面的临床表现。方法:对我院2000年1月～2011年2月收治的23例狂犬病患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:狂犬病患者有13.79%病人以心血管症状为首发症状,有多种心律失常及心衰表现,实验室检查发现心肌酶学升高(肌酸激酶升高69.57%,肌酸激酶同工酶升高69.57%,a-羟丁酸脱氢酶升高73.91%,乳酸脱氢酶升高65.22%,天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶升高47.83%)。结论:心血管系统表现是狂犬病的重要临床表现之一,尤其在发病初期以心血管症状为首发症状者,常不典型,需注意鉴别。Objective： To explore the clinical situation on cardiovascular system of patients with rabies. Methods： To retrospectively analyze the data of 23 patients with rabies admitted to our hospital from January 2000 to February 2011. Results ：13. 79 % of patients with rabies are taken cardiovascular symptom firstly, representing various of arrhythmia and congestive heart failure. The results from laboratory find most enzymes were increase - d ,such as CK increased in 69.57% of the ease,CK - MB 69.57%, a - HBDH 73.91%, LDH 65.22%, and AST 47.83% respectively. Conclusion：Cardiovascular system symptom is one of the important clinical situations on rabies, especially for early attack, which are not typical, and should be distinguished carefully.
