多潘立酮联合依帕司他治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察多潘立酮联合依帕司他治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫疗效。方法:选择50例,糖尿病性胃轻瘫,随机分为治疗组25例和对照组25例,治疗组采用多潘立酮(商品名:吗丁啉)10mg,每日三次,同时口服依帕司他(商品名:唐林,扬子江药业集团南京海陵药业生产)50mg,每日三次,共4周;对照组口服吗丁啉10mg每日三次,共4周。B超测定计算两组治疗后胃排空率,观察临床症状改善状况。结果:治疗组与对照组胃排空率差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),治疗组在改善餐后上腹饱胀、早饱、厌食、恶心呕吐总有效率92.0%,对照组总有效率64.0%,两组总有效率差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:多潘立酮联合依帕司他治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫疗效明显优于单用多潘立酮,且无明显毒副作用。Objective：To research the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis pati -ents with domporidone tablet and epalrestat. Methods ：50 diabetic gastropar- esis patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Of 25 patients treated with domporidone （brand name： Motilium） 1mg, three tim -es a day,combined with oral epalrestat （trade name：Tang Lin, Nanjing Hailing Pharmaceutical Industry Group production） 50rag, three times daily for 4 wee - ks;In the control group, patients were treated with domperidone 10rag, three times daily for 4 weeks. Gastric emptying rate was measured by ultrasonic se - arming and clinical improve- ment was studied after treatment. Results：Thegas tric emptying rate demonstrated significant difference （P 〈0. 05）. The treatment group improved postprandial epigastric fullness, early satiety, anorexia, naus -ea and vomiting, at 92.0% effective rate;while the rate was 64.0% for the control group, there was significant difference （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion：To treat diabetic gastroparesis patients, Domperidone tablet combined with epalrestst, is significantly better than domperidone alone, with no obvious side effects.
