摘　　要：目的：探讨以纳米银凝胶为代表的非抗生素类抗菌药物与甲醛甲酚在降解慢性根尖周炎根管内毒素水平中的比较.方法：选择经确诊的慢性根尖周炎患牙共40例,随机分别封甲醛甲酚10例、纳米银凝胶30例,封药前后分别取样,采用ELISA法检测内毒素含量,比较内毒素下降水平.结果：2组间内毒素下降水平无统计学差异,2组疗效评价有统计学差异.结论：可用纳米银凝胶根管封药治疗慢性根尖周炎.Objective：The objective of this study is to compare effects of formocresol and nanosilver jel on endotoxin levels in canals of chronic periapical periodontitis. Methods： A total of 40 patients with chronic periacal periodontitis were selected from definite patients, and 10 cases were randomly picked out to treat by sealing with formoresol and another 30 cases were treated by nanosilver jel . All patients were both sampled before and after sealing of these disinfectants, and Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay test was used to measure levels of endotoxin. Results ： The effects of nanosilver jel and formocresol on levels of endotoxin did not show significant difference. Conclusion ：Nanosilver jel anti-anaerobic bacterial drugs can be used to treat chronic periapical periodontitis.
