摘 要:为提高产品概念设计的效率,设计出符合用户需求的产品,提出一种基于案例决策的产品概念设计方法。该方法沿用案例推理方法中"用经验解决新问题"的思路,本着以人为中心的原则,提出了具有用户反馈机制的循环设计流程,利用索引规则和k-means聚类算法对案例库分类,将用户评价转化为每类案例的效用,选择最优聚类中的设计方案,并通过循环迭代逐步完善,直至达到设计要求和目标。通过一个摩托车产品设计实例对该方法的应用流程和步骤进行了说明。To improve product conceptual design efficiency and design the products satisfying the users' requirements,a product conceptual design method based on Case-Based Decision Theory(CBD) was proposed.This method continued to use the thoughts of solving new problems by experience in Case-Based Reasoning(CBR),and the cyclic design process with user feedback was presented.This method was human-centered,which classified the case base according to the index rules and k-means clustering algorithm and translated users' valuation into the utility of every cluster of cases.The design solution of the optimal cluster was gradually refined through the cyclic iteration until the design requirements and goal were achieved.Application process and procedure of the proposed method were explained by a case of motorcycle product design.
