单孔免气腹腔镜治疗异位妊娠临床体会

摘　　要：目的探讨单孔免气腹腔镜在妇科异位妊娠术中的应用方法对2010年11月1至2011年5月20日在我院术前诊断为异住妊娠60例分成两组，A组30例行单孔免气腹腔镜手术，B组行常规三孔腹腔镜手术，观察手术时间、术中出血量、术后并发症等结果。结果30例患者均顺利完成手术，无一例改三孔或中转开腹。从未中情况来看，两组在手术时间、术后下床活动时间有显著差异（P〈0．05），住院天数、出血量、肛门排气时问、无显著差异（P〉0．05）。结论：单孔免气腹腔镜更美观、微创，值得开展。Objective To study how to use the single -hole gasless laparoscopic in ectopic pregnancy operation. Methods From November 1,2010 to May 20,2011, 60patients who were diagnosed as the extrauterine pregnancy before operating in our hospital were divided into two groups. 30 from group A were been operated under single - hole Gasless Laparoscopy. Group B underwent conventional laparoscopic surgery with three holes. To observe the re- sult of Operation time, blood loss, postoperative complications etc. Results The 30 patients were successfully operated, with no change into three holes or to open surgery with. Judging from the surgery. The two groups in length of operative time, postoperative ambulation were significantly different （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, hospital stay , blood loss, anal exhaust time, no significant difference （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion The single - hole gas - free laparoscopy is more beautiful and less invasive, it should be carried out.
