摘  要:通过Gleeble-3500热模拟试验机对船板钢试验材料进行高温压缩实验,获得材料Zener-Hollomon参数方程。结合钢厂实际轧制工艺参数,应用商业DEFORM-3D软件对船板钢板进行多道次热轧模拟。模拟结果表明:两种实际生产工艺下的模拟轧制力及温度场与钢厂测量数据均比较吻合,验证热轧模拟的可靠性及正确性,进而为钢厂轧制工艺参数的制定提供了重要的参考价值。In order to acquire the Zener-Hollomon parametric equation, the ship plate steel under different deformation conditions was researched by using a Gleeble-3500 thermo-mechanical simulator. The commercially available FE analysis software DEFORM-3D was used to simulate the multi-pass hot rolling process based on actual parameters of production line. The results show that both the simulated multi-pass rolling force and temperature field of the steel were approximate to the measured values in the two producing processes. So the simulation results prove the accuracy and the validity of hot rolling model,and which can provide an important reference to establish rolling process parameters in factory.
