摘 要:采用非线性结构分析,并建立热-结构耦合的有限元单元模型,对6mm厚AZ31B镁合金无填丝的电子束堆焊温度场的分布及焊缝形貌进行了数值模拟。焊接热源采用高斯旋转曲面体热源,可以较真实的呈现出电子束焊温度场变化情况;通过对比模拟焊缝形貌与试验所得焊缝形貌表明,该模拟较好地体现出电子束深熔焊所具有的钉子型焊缝的特点;热电耦所测温度和模拟温度场结果基本一致。A finite element model of the process was set up by using an uncoupled thermal-mechanical analysis. Subsequently, the thermal analysis was used to drive the non-linear mechanical analysis. AZ31 alloy sheet with 6 mm thickness was used to simulate the distribution of temperature field and the weld pool shape by electron beam overlaying welding without surfacing welding rode. The heat source was modelled using a Rotray-gauss body heat source with Gaussian power density distribution in order to present the variation of the temperature field. By contrast the shape of the fusion zone (FZ) from the simulation with experiment, the temperature field measuring with thermocouples matches well with experimentally determining weld pool nail shape.
