摘 要:利用烯烃和芳烃较易发生磺化反应的机理,把烷烯烃中的烯烃和芳烃与浓硫酸或发烟硫酸作用,反应后通过中和、水解,最后脱水分离出烷烃,用液相色谱进行定性和定量分析,从而测定出其中的烷烃含量。从定量结果可以看出,经过磺化、水解后,样品中的芳烃和烯烃被洗脱,只有难磺化的烷烃组分,将烷烃组分配制成不同的浓度注入具有两根串联的硅胶柱和2414示差检测器的液相色谱仪,用异辛烷作为流动相,做出标准曲线,其相关系数为0.999 0。用液相色谱来分析烷烯烃中的烷烃的含量,具有较高的精密度和准确度。According to the mechanism that olefins and aromatics can be easily sulfonated,olefins and aromatics in the paraffin-olefin mixture reacted with concentrated sulphuric acid or oleum.After the reaction,the paraffin was separated from the reaction product after going through the neutralization,hydrolyzation and separation process.The separated paraffin was analyzed with liquid chromatogram to determine its nature and quantity.From the analysis result,it was found that the aromatics and olefins were eluted after the sulfonation and hydrolysis,only the paraffin detains.The paraffin solution was prepared in different concentrations and then they were injected into liquid chromatograph with two silicagel column connected in series and 2414 differential detector.Useing isooctane as the mobile phase the standard curve was given with 0.9990 as its related coefficient.The paraffin content in the paraffin-olefin mixture was analyzed with liquid chromatograph with high accuracy and precision.
