摘　　要：2008年中国成功举办了奥运会,知识管理这一由国际奥委会引入的新方法或者说新元素发挥了重要作用,使奥运会的组织管理更加智能、高效。对奥运会应用知识管理的历史进行了梳理,强调了知识管理的必要性和重要性。并以北京奥运会为典型案例,分析了知识管理的应用策略、保障机制、措施和效果,对奥运会的知识管理模式进行了探索,对我国举办大型国际体育赛事提供有益的借鉴。With the application of knowledge management,a new management method or element introduced by International Olympic Committee to improve the intellectual level and efficiency of the organizing effort,the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games became a great success.In this paper,the author reviews the history of knowledge management application in the Olympic Games makes a case study into the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games with analyzing its strategy,method,and result.The purpose is to explore into knowledge management pattern of the Olympics and provide references for holding major sporting games in China.
