摘　　要：摩梭传统体育是摩梭文化的重要组成部分,在现代文明的冲击下,摩梭人的传统体育随着母系文化本体的变迁正悄然发生着改变。采用文献资料法、田野调查法和访谈法等研究方法,以摩梭人聚居地宁蒗彝族自治县永宁乡为研究个案,从文化学、民族学、民俗学、社会学的视角,研究在摩梭母系文化中产生的民族传统体育,探讨摩梭母系文化的现代变迁对民族传统体育的影响,揭示摩梭人传统体育的文化特征,以丰富民族传统体育文化,促进少数民族体育的全面发展。Mosuo traditional sports is an important part of the Mosuo culture,under the impact of modern civilization,the change of matriarchal culture changes happening quietly.By using the method of documentary,questionnaire and interviews,thus Yongning in Ninglang Yi autonomous settlement as a case,from the perspective of cult urology,ethnology,Folklore Studies,sociology,to research national traditional sports under the matriarchal Mosuo culture,to explore the modern transition Mosuo matriarchal society culture of the national tradition sports,thus revealing the influence of traditional sports culture characteristics,to enrich the national traditional sports culture,promote the all-round development of minority sports has certain theoretical and practical value.
