摘　　要：目的评价GSS（general spine system）固定椎管减压后外侧植骨融合治疗老年女性腰椎管狭窄症的疗效。方法对71例老年女性腰椎管狭窄症患者采用GSS固定椎管减压后外侧植骨融合治疗。结果所有病例经25~33个月,平均27个月随访,疗效优者41例,良20例,可9例,差1例,优良率85.7%。结论合适的GSS固定椎管减压后外侧植骨融合术治疗老年女性腰椎管狭窄症方法简单,疗效可靠。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of treating lumbar spinal stenosis elderly women with GSS system reduction fixation,decompressive and posterolateral fusion.Methods 71 cases of lumbar spinal stenosis elderly women were treated with GSS system reduction fixation,decompressive and posterolateral fusion.Results All the patients were followed-up 25 to 33 months with an average of 27 months.The therapeutic effect was excellent in 41 cases,good in 20 cases,fair in 9 cases and poor in 1 case.The excellent and good rate was 85.7%.Conclusion Relatively,it is an ideal technique to use GSS system fixation,decompressive and posterolateral fusion for treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis elderly women.
