摘　　要：通过经济学理论阐述我国当前的人口结构现状,分析了"人口红利"在经济增长中的特殊作用,揭示了我国的"人口红利期"和"人口红利窗口期关闭"的时间跨度。认为在这一重大国情转变的背景下群众体育的发展路径与战略取向在于逐步调整我国体育工作的重心,合理布局把"促进国民健康"作为工作的重点;进一步调整和完善体育事业运行机制,逐步适应人口结构老龄化的转变;根据特定人群制定针对性的健身措施;充分发挥群众体育促进健康的作用,营造良好健身环境提高国民体质实现二次人口红利;完善社会体育指导队伍的人才链,加快我国体育健身娱乐业的人才培养体系建设;提高人力资本投资中的健康比重,延续劳动者的生产性;促进体育公共服务均等化,满足社会成员的锻炼需求。This paper describes the demographic structure of China＇s current status,analysis the special role of the ＂demographic dividend＂ in economic growth,and reveals the time span of China＇s ＂demographic dividend period＂ and the ＂shutdown of demographic dividend window＂.The article argues that in the context of changing national conditions,the development path and strategic orientation of mass sports,are gradually adjust the focus of sports work and put emphasis on improving national health;further perfect the operational mechanism of sports,to adapt to the changes in the aging population;draw up specific fitness measures for specific populations;play the mass sports role in promoting health,create a good environment for raising national body fitness to achieve the second demographic dividend;improve the talent chain of guidance teams in the social sports,to accelerate Sports Fitness Training entertainment system;increase the health proportion of human capital investment,to continue the workers＇ productivity;promote the equalization of public services,to meet the needs of exercise of Social members.
