摘 要:经过十余年的市场化改革,在奥运会后,我国职业体育产业基本上形成了一个以联赛俱乐部、广大球迷、各类媒体、以及管理层为主体,其他组织并存的职业体育市场。同时也存在不少问题,各职业体育俱乐部的经营仍然较困难,与北美职业体育的发展差距较大。本文采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,结合2008年北京奥运会后我国职业体育的发展现状,从产业链控制、实现企业价值的方式、所涉及的业务和产品范围三个方面,对北美职业体育的经营模式进行了深入剖析,总结了其对2008年后我国职业体育发展的有益启示。After the 2008 Olympic Games,with more than ten years of market-oriented reforms,China has basically formed a professional sports industry.This industry is a professional market which includes league club,mass fans,all kinds of media and management layers as the main body,and coexist with other organizations.At the same time,there still exposed some problems.For instance,the professional clubs have difficulty in management and there is still a big gap between the development of China professional sports and North America.In this paper,literature method and logical analysis method are adopted,combined with the condition of professional sports in China after the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games,to penetrate in analyzing the management pattern of professional sports in North America in three parts,including the control of industrial chain,the way to achieve value of enterprises and the business and products range involved.And thus,we can conclude some effective enlightening for the development of professional sports in China after the 2008 Olympic Games.
