摘  要:止回装置改造是泵站更新改造过程中的重要组成部分,其结构性能直接对泵站的安全运行及泵站装置的效率等产生重要影响。文章选取止回装置部分改造过的某泵站进行现场试验,通过对不同机组的流量、电流、电压、拍门开度及拍门关闭时的振动和噪声等参数进行现场测试,对比分析了泵站常用3种止回装置相应机组的效率、振动噪声及能耗情况,发现新型止回装置在某些方面优于传统悬挂式拍门,对泵站止回装置部分的更新改造具有借鉴意义。The transformation of check device is an essential ingredient in the improvement process of pumping station, the structural behavior of check device produce significant influences for the safety and efficiency of the pumping station.This pump station that check device is partly transformed was chose to planed field trial in this paper, lhrough the field test, such as the parameters of flow, electric current, voltage, the opening of flap, the vibration and noise generated by the close of flap were obtained.The contrast and analysis of ef- ficiency, vibration noise and energy consumption belongs to these three kinds of check devices shows that the new type is better than traditional suspension flap in some respects.The comparative conclusion of this paper could provide references for the transformation and renovation of check devices.
