摘　　要：清洁生产审核是一套科学的、系统的和操作性很强的程序,它运用了系统管理的方法,将审核对象作为一个系统来看待,而且不仅关注系统内部还关注系统外部环境的要求和变化。清洁生产审核利用系统分析的方法对系统内的基本问题用逻辑的思维推理、科学分析计算的方法,在确定的或不确定的条件下,找出各种可行的被择方案,加以分析比较,进而选出最优的方案。Cleaner production audit is a suit of scientific, systematic and practical procedure. Cleaner production audit applies system management approach to Consider auditee as a system. It pays attention to requirements and changes of external circumstance as well as internal of the auditee.For basic questions in the system, cleaner production audit takes use of system analysis methods to recognize several of viable schemes, take analysis and comparison and then select an optimal scheme under the condition of certainty and uncertainty.
