摘　　要：文章通过对模型和数据的分析发现,样本期内城镇居民3个阶层的边际消费倾向随可支配收入的增加而递减,同时3个阶层的收入差距逐渐拉大,得出了收入分配的不平衡是消费不足的重要因素的结论,并给出了相关政策建议。Therough analyzing the model and data,found that limit consumption of three income groups of urban residents urban resi- dents decreases with the increase of disposable income, while their income gap is widening, get the conclusions that imbalance of in- come distribution is the important factors derived inadequate consumption, then gives the relevant policy recommendations.
