摘  要:甜玉米自交系"日超"经育种卫星搭载,返回地面后进行3造的种植观察,发现1个突变株,其株高明显增加、穗位变高、果穗变大变粗、花粉量变大,而株叶形态、果穗形状、籽粒色泽、食用品质等其他性状保持稳定,对该变异株连续5代自交和穗选,获10个变异系。以10个变异系为被测系,4个甜玉米骨干系HZ3、265OR1、N16及C5-1为测验种,采用不完全双列杂交设计,对变异系产量及相关性状、株高及穗位高等进行配合力分析和自身表现评价,结果发现:717、725、726及730 4个变异系具有较好的产量及相关性状配合力,且自身表现出生长势强、食用品质优、抗逆性强等优点,具有较大的育种潜力。从其所配组合中筛选出730×N16、717×C5-1两个苗头组合,每667 m2产量分别为1 238、1 072 kg,食用品质评分分别为90.2和88.5分,均显著优于对照种粤甜16号。1 mutation plant was selected out from space mutation offsprings of sweet corn inbred line"Richao",which had higher plant and ear height,bigger and thicker ear,more pollen than check, but almost had the same plant,leaf and ear shape, kernel color and eating quality as the check. In the end, 10 mutation lines were obtained after 5 times selfing and selection. Mutation lines as tested lines, HZ3,265OR1,N16 and C5-1 as testers according to NCII design, main agricultural traits combination ability of tested lines was analyzed. The results showed that 717,725,726 and 730 had high breeding potential because of good GCA and agriculture traits performance, good eating quality and stress tolerance.Furthermore, 2 excellent combinations (730×N16 and 717×C5-1) were selected out from 40 combinations, which had higher yield (1 238 kg and 1 072 kg per 667 m2 respectively) and better eating quality(90.2 and 88.5 respectively) than check (Yuetian 16).
