摘 要:研究了极细链格孢蛋白激发子对"湘杂棉3号"主要生理特性和产量的影响,探讨抗虫杂交棉高产措施的生理机制,为高产栽培提供理论依据。分析极细链格孢蛋白激发子对棉花生理特性的影响。结果表明,在湖南气候条件与栽培技术体系下,细极链格孢菌蛋白激发子(PEAT)能显著提高棉花叶片光合速率,果枝叶叶绿素含量,同时提高了叶片可溶性蛋白质、可溶性糖含量,增强棉花生理机能;从生理生化活性来分析,极细链格孢菌蛋白激发子诱导后SOD、POD及MDA含量均有不同程度的变化,SOD、POD活性增强,而MDA活性降低,能起到延缓植株衰老的作用;从产量分析来看,极细链格孢菌蛋白激发子诱导后,显著提高单铃重、棉花产量,浸种+幼苗期喷施+现蕾期喷施+初花期喷施处理产量为1 781.44 kg/hm2,浸种+幼苗期喷施+现蕾期喷施处理产量为1 767.61 kg/hm2,比清水对照分别高出43.7%、42.5%,达到极显著水平。说明极细链格孢蛋白激发子能增强抗虫杂交棉生理机能、延缓棉株衰老、提高产量。The effect of protein elicitor from Alterneria tenuissima (PEAT) on the main physiological characteristics and yield of insect-resistant Xianzamian 3 was studied to discuss the physiological mechanism of high yield measure of insect-resistant hybrid cotton, and provide the theory basis for the high yield cultivation. The effect of PEAT on the physiological characteristics of cotton was analyzed with random blocks arrangement and 3 replications per treatment.Under the climatic conditions and the cultivation technique system of Hunan province, PEAT can raise leaf photosynthesis rate of cotton and chlorophyll content of the fruit branch leaves significantly, simultaneously raise the soluble protein and soluble sugar content of the leaf blade, and enhance physiology function of cotton. The physiochemical activity analysis showed that SOD, POD and MDA content changes in different degrees when PEAT was sprayed. SOD and POD activity increased, while MDA activity decreased, which delay the senescence of cotton plant. The yield analysis showed the boll weight and production of cotton were increased significantly when PEAT was sprayed. The cotton yield were 1 781.44 kg/hm2 and 1 767.61 kg/hm2 respectively by treatment 6 and treatment 4, which was more than 43.7% and 42.5% respectively as compared with treatment 8 (control group) and reached extremely significant level.PEAT would strengthen the physiology function, delay the senescence of cotton plant, and increase the yield of insect-resistant hybrid cotton.
