摘  要:用生物显微镜和扫描电子显微镜观察了广东梅州“红菌”子实体、担孢子以及菌丝体的形态结构特征。该“红菌”以深红色为主,囊状体发达,孢子印白色,菌肉灰色,菌髓为异型菌髓,担孢子近球形,孢子大小为8.55~10.29×10.65-11.01um,孢子表面有脊状突起,其高度约1.14um,宽0.57um,相邻脊间最宽距离为2.14um。根据灰色菌肉、白色孢子印以及孢子纹饰等特征鉴定该“红菌”为灰肉红菇。Morphological and structural characteristics of the fruit body, basidiospore and mycelia of "Hong Jun" in Guangdong were examined using light and scanning electron microscopy. The pileus was dark red in colour and context was greyish in pileus and stipe. Cystidia were highly developed. Spore print was white. Basidiospores were 8.55-10.29 × 10.65-11.01 um and had large conical spines 1.14 um high and 0.57 um wide; the widest space between two adjacent ridges was 2.14 um. The trama and context were all made up of both the mycelia and vesicular tissue. According to greyish context, white spore print, and spore ornamentations, the commercial mushroom can be identified as Russula griseocarnosa.
