摘　　要：绿色加工是可持续发展战略的微观体现。在机械加工过程当中,为了降低成本,减少环境污染,研制了一种蓖麻油基的乳化液,可生物降解,其理化性能符合国家标准。切削性能通过与某进口切削液做对比实验,本乳化液在加工钢料时,冷却润滑性能更佳,性价比高,可替代进口产品。Green machining is a process that implements sustainable development strategy.In order to reduce cost and decrease environmental pollution in mechanical process,a sort of biodegradable emulsion of castor oil is developed and its physical chemical properties can correspond with the national standard.Through check experiment of cutting characteristic with another imported cutting fluid, the cooling and lubricating property of emulsion is better and the price is much cheaper than the other,which can successfully substitute for imported goods.
